Oh, it's a quote, TPAM, from the latest Once Upon a Time episode. Basically, Hans became king because of certain circumstances, and Anna tried telling a pirate that she could still pay him for something she wanted, and Hans asks her if she could, since he and his brothers "rolled around in the money" (meaning revelled in it), and Anna thought he meant they literally did so.

You should look up the scene, TPAM. It makes much more sense there. (Basically, just type in OUAT 4x09 and the quote, and it should come up). Although, there might be a few parts that won't make sense without watching previous scenes. It's up to you.........
