Do you talk to yourself?

I only talk to myself sometimes when I'm extremely stressed or excited. Like when I'm deciding whether or not to do something, I pace around and ask myself the pros and cons of doing it. xD And then when I'm excited, I jump up and down and talk really fast to myself lol. Yeah, very weird I know. I'm a great friend to me lol. I'm a good listener.
Oh and sometimes I curse under my breath, but I don't know if that counts lol

i do it alot lol its mainly if im going somewhere im like 'ok have i got everything? ive got my phone, my ipod, my wallet, my keys and my bag. ok thats all good. do i need anything else? *looks round* nope im good *leaves*'

It's amazing how I can hold an arguement with myself on both sides....

I do the same as KK with the checking. I just follow it with taking everything out again for example:

"Keys'' (takes them out and looks at them) ''Yep'', ''money'' (takes it out) ''yep'', ''ipod'' (take it out) ''yep''...
Then for some reason I continue to do this until I get in the car....

Oh well, at least I'm organised.

When you talk to yourself, it's easier to remember stuff, crap like that. Because then you get a visual.
