dude. one advice. see a doctor. ask him for medication. I've been that deep as you are too last week, now I am on paroxetine (better known as prozac) and I am very glad I took the step. Depression is a mental ilness that makes you feel that bad and that gives you suicidal thoughts. It's just a lack of serotonines in the brain.
If I were you, I'd also take councelling to cope with your past. And take some time on your own....leave those "friends" be and get started with getting better.
I know it's a big step to get help, I've been overthinking it 2 years, and now that I look back, I'm thinking "why didn't I do this earlier?" You will see, if you search for help, that your family and people around you will support you.
One thing about the prozac: it works after 2 weeks, but then it works really good and you'll be able to do everything a "normal" person can do.
Good advise! Seriously!
I know a few other people who've put off getting anti-depressants...then years later have gone to get them and have asked themselves why they haven't gone sooner!
And wow...what age can you join the army in Australia
