I see this kind of stuff on Animal Cops all the time, but it still breaks my heart. I mean, these animals did nothing to deserve this treatment! They cannot even speak up for themselves! And the humans who do this are too blind and deaf to realize that this is killing! The animals would most likely die eventually due to no vet visits... God bless them.

Hey we're still animals...we're just especially good at fooling ourselves into believing we're not. And look how sick and cruel humans can be to each other. Money is the modern-day equivalent of a piece of meat. To a lot of people, it is too irresistable to miss. So any morals or notions of fairness become mere obstacles between them and their next payday.

This kind of thing is disgusting. It's also rampant in my town. We just got a new kitten a few weeks ago from a situation that was cruel. The people who had her stuffed her entire litter into a trash bag and threw them into a dumpster behind an apartment complex. My sister's friend found them, but all but two had died. She said it was horrible. We have one and the girl kept the other. She's such a sweet cat and I can't understand why people do that.
