What do you look for in a guy/girl?

I had an ex like that once. At the time, he didn't seem bad, but towards the end of the relationship...I was actual scared of him O.O I'm really skinny and fragile, but he was HUGE, really serious and I'm sure if I'd broken up with him in person, he would have smashed my face XD

I like a guy who's into the same things as me, who loves to laugh and have fun. I like him to be easygoing but who can be serious if the occasion calls for it. I like him to be sweet and respectful, someone who opens doors for me and can show me that chivalry is not dead. Non-abusive. Preferably someone who believes in God. Also it helps if he understands my love for animals, I can't live with someone who won't let me have a pet.

As for look wise, I like a guy who's taller than I am. I'm a sucker for eyes, I love a guy with nice eyes. I'd like him to have a head of hair, unless you look good bald, I'd rather you not be bald. He should be a decent dresser, but that's not too important.

As for what my BF looks like. He's tall, has very light brown, almost blonde hair. Beautiful blue eyes. Great smile. He has a big nose but it's perfect for his face, I love his nose lol. He's thin but he has muscles. He's perfect for me <3

I have found myself a lovely chinese guy ^^ Apart from his looks, he's the polar opposite of what I usually go for! He says "Innit" all the time, he smokes (weed and normal ciggies), he drives a VERY fast car (MR2 Turbo), his friends are morons and he doesn't go outside a lot, apart from to hang around in a car park with his stupid friends...

...but for some reason I can't resist him. There's something about him that I can't figure out and...I think I actually trust him. I haven't trusted a guy for 6yrs! (With very very good reason! only 1 out of my 11 or so boyfriends has been faithful) I hope he turns out to be "The one" even though I haven't known him all that long, I hope to know him a loong time ^^ hehe *girly giggles all round*

lol i wonder if me being an artist or just having a liking of anatomy gives me such different and random looking-fors in men. because i dont really have a specific thing i look for physically. im not really picky about large chests (though they are rather nice = u =) i always like muscles but im not a freak about HUGE muscles o_O once they get to a certain size they scare me. nice to look at but aint going anywhere near them cuz they will kill me. i do sometimes look for height but thats because im 5'7" so im slightly tall and i do like the idea of being smaller than whoever im with.
but here i go in the middle of my post changing my mind xD maybe i do have a preference. before i started dating my bf, i didnt really have a type. the list of boys i liked were all vastly different. one was short, pail, red head and "gangsta" while another was kinda jockish and another was "icp fan boy" o_e honestly he kinda terrified me. and then the one guy that i thought i was going to end up dating was Korean and tall and really nice and completely shy and a huge flirt. I was so girly in love with that kid. And THEN (ah boy) i had a crush on my childhood friend Aidan who was completely different. White, lanky kid who believed in nothing but his weed. (i pretty much ended up hating his guts. long story i wont get into right now)
but now... i guess i do have a preference. not exactly a type, but...i have my limitations. if i ever stop dating my current bf, i probably would be stuck on a preference of asians or just tan men. thats not a huge list but...ya xD

I don't have a type other than attractive white males. Not to be racist, but I am honestly just not attracted to non-whites. Hair, color, eye color, all that jazz doesn't matter, so long as they are not shorter than me (I'm 5 feet exactly). I go for personality.

Makes me feel safe. Values me. Loves animals. Does not lie to me. Would never do anything to hurt me. Has the same goals as me. Is their own person (ie - can do things/let me do things on his/my own - not clingy). Acccepts me for who I am and doesn't want me to change for him. Isn't afraid to show emotion. Non-smoker (I am asthmatic and smoke really bothers me). Non-drinker. Is more of a low-key, stay-at-home-playing-games kind of guy (I'm not really a party girl).

I got very lucky. I found a man who is all of those things and more. Things I can't even put into words properly. And he's cute as heck to boot. 5'8, soft brown eyes, quick to smile, dark hair that does this adorable "wave" thing in front. And he's got the best heart of anyone I've ever known. My husband is the best.

Ooh, I hate huge chests and massive muscles (I love drawing muscle though, very helpful!) I love slender, finely toned men and Mr. Man ticks both those boxes. His figure is the nicest I have seen in a long time, I'd even go as far as to say he could be a body model. I'm actually pretty jealous! I'm not fat by any stretch of the imagination, but I take a contraceptive injection which makes it SOOOO hard to get rid of any fat that I do put on.
I have to have a tall bloke too, I've tried dating people shorter than me, but it just does not work! I'm 5ft8, so I'm actually on the average for men! Luckily Mr. Man is over 6ft!
