It kind of is IMO - its just finding people you actually want to be friends with, it works on here because the majority have common interests... In real life its a bit trickier but there are still a lot of people out there who are in the same boat as you.

Tbh, I have no idea how i became friends irl with the people that I atm consider to be my friends. It just happens somehow.

People irl are much more likely to judge someone before they get to know them. I'm sure there are loads of people I could be friends with irl, the trouble is they're probably like me and will remain silent most of the time.
