Try to remember that in order to lose it in the first place it can't have been what you thought it was. I know that's hard to do and it doesn't help at first, but it's true. There's two sides to it, and only when both see it as the same thing can it work. If both do see it as the same thing, it will work. If they don't, then it wasn't what it seemed to be to one.
Best to remember you can and most likely will do better. When? That's the hard part.
