Our normal marks (in primary and secondary schools) go from 1 (worst) to 5 (best). VERY RARELY some teachers have tendency to give 0. Is it something like this? XD I feel awful for these students.

I've never heard of an H either xD lowest grade I've heard of is an E, and then a complete utter fail here is "U" meaning "unmarkable".

I got a U once, luckily only in an exam, not as my final grade
