There are pessimists, and then there are the optimists:

"When a group of people seize a challenge, human beings can accept the challenge, and chart a course, and do just remarkable things." - Buzz Aldrin

"Given a task to do, one that seems impossible: Given the desire to do it, humans can accomplish almost anything." - Jim Lovell

"Always give a lazy man the hardest job, because he'll find an easy way to do it."

I think that can be attributed to Bill Gates, but I'm not really sure.

I wouldn't really call this a quote, but here's a little speech I came up with about this: I know a lot of people feel shameful, stupid or weak when crying. Especially men, though, and here's my opinion on that fact.

"Any man who forces himself not to cry is coward. He's worse than he makes himself seem for crying by holding back. I know men are supposed to be strong and brave, but that doesn't mean they can't cry. Crying is just another way to express sadness or depression, and what's so wrong with showing the way you feel? In all honesty, I think it's sometimes better to cry then to try and talk it over with someone. Talking about your depression could make it better, yes, but crying really lets your emotions flow. It's not a bad thing to cry so don't hold it back, not children, not teenagers, not women and not men. Like I said before, trying to make yourself seem tough by trying not cry is just a way or cowardly hiding your fears. I know people see things differently than I do, but take my word for it and cry when you have to." - Roku (Myself)

LOL well, I never EVER cry in the presence of anyone else, not even my best friend or parents and I certainly never will. I prefer keeping problems to myself rather then talking about it to anyone else. To me, the best way to get over stuff is to think about the fact there are hundreds, if not thousands of people who have it worser then you. But then again, this is just how I deal with it.
