This guy isn't your boyfriend, he probably doesn't even know you have a crush on him. You can't force him to hug or not hug whoever you want. Actually yes he does know I like him, and I don't dictate him. It just bothers me, and... OH I GIVE UP! I'm running out of explanations here.
