You say "[Russia's] surrounding countries;" if that includes Finland (Russia's western neighbor) then I have traveled to an eastern country. Otherwise, no I haven't.

Trues. I used one in a Photoshop class and it was the exact opposite of user-friendly. Factor in the excessive cost for minimal specs, and I will never buy one.
