One thing I do not fear is my own death. The end is inevitable, whether it is tomorrow or over 80 years. Once you accept that, every second will be worth living. The end means indeed "the end". So live while you can and stop worrying about death

So another fear: theocracy
Im the same. I don't fear death. I never have done.

I do however fear the world running out of chocolate one day..

There are two main ways to view life. Imagine life as a party. You're there and so is everyone else.
Situation 1: you are having a good time but suddenly somebody taps on your shoulder. He tells you that you have to leave, but the party will go on without you.

Situation 2: The same person taps on your shoulder and says "great news! This party is going on forever and you can never leave".

Accepting that death is coming will make you live a better life. In situation 1 you know you have a limited amount of time and you will try to make the best out of the time you have.

Death is not scary-you will finally be at peace, and away from the rush of the world.

I'm terrified of hospitals/being hospitalized. It's a place I associate with death and suffering.

What do I fear? Nothing that I know of, but there are some interesting ones.
Phobophobia - The fear of having a phobia.
Xanthophobia – fear of the colour yellow
Papaphobia – fear of the Pope
Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia – fear of the number 666
And my personal favourite: hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia - fear of long words
