Believe it or not I have been there many times myself. As smart as I am, for some reason most of the people I know who actually associate with me have a knack for making me feel dumb.

Being a genius also doesn't mean you know everything, or even close. No one knows everything. There's always learning to do and things to discover. The word "genius" just means "a person who is exceptionally intelligent or creative, either generally or in some particular respect." It is very possible to be an ignorant genius, and spend all your life discovering things.
