Oh my God... today I bought a scrapbook to put all my cinema ticket stubs in . I've been carefully collecting and retaining every cinema ticket I've ever bought for almost three years, and now over half of them are missing.

I don't know how this happened or where they are but I am incredibly upset - this collection meant a lot to me

Just a week ago Lenovo told me they would have to charge me a $75 labour fee if I wanted them to replace my keyboard for me (an operation that would take me literally 3 minutes).
