I've only had 1 forum account hacked... they apparantly posted naughty pictures, and then deleted my account. It took me a full year to make a new account, because I was afraid they thought I was the one who did it, but it was the hacker who deleted it, so I just rejoined, and they welcomed me back with a smile on their face. I've also had my myspace hacked, and an old internet game I went on.
Everytime but the forum one I just changed my password.
