A little happy update for you all: SPCA came along for a final check, to see if the home-condition and condition of Fleur is OK. Gues what? They'd even adviced me to find Fleur a new SPCA-submissive (Fleur's dominant Alpha) younger adult cat, to ease up home-life for her, and the new one!

My Fleur was doing so incredebly well according to the Dutch SPCA officers, they even were able to pet her, eventhough she might have only seen a glimpse of them in the past, when she (along with the others) were taken away from a home housing 40 cats, and and a human family....
The SPCA is totally convinced of my abbilities to care for two cats if I want to do so. They even recommended the Veterinary Post I'd registered Fleur at. SPCA told me a young Kitten would be best, as they automatically are the lowest in rank, when an older cat is in the house. Perhaps some little tension here and there, but it will all be fine after a while. (Sometimes it may take up to two months though...)
Not that I am a cat-horder, but I want best for my pet cat. If that means matching another younger cat to her characteristics, then we'll do just fine! I think I'm going to follow TG's step of taking a second cat in the house, to have them form a cluster/pack so to say. Sharing the attention won't be much of a problem though. They got enough room for both of them here, and I know how to introduce cats to one another without too much rivalry going on.. (Seperate room introduction method, releasing as soon as Fleur is eased up on her safepoint..)
Medically Fleur is in most excellent shape, same for her psychological welfare. No stress factors were noticed by the SPCA, hence the recommendation for a second cat.

Man I am sooooo damn happy, finally my OWN home, my OWN pet, and my good old TG for example and great support aswell!

*yayness!!*
