Eeeep, firstly I think you better take a deep breath and calm down. Before you start try relaxing yourself- take a walk, listen to music (classical = very effective!), or read a nice magazine. I wouldn't recommend watching TV, it might make you procrastinate more and make you more tense. Then take one thing at a time, and make sure you have a cool drink and a snack at your side in case you feel like you're gonna snap half-way through.
