OMG I'm so sorry ScaЯ!!! *hugs tight* Please don't do anything silly, because the grudge could still hold. Have you tried meditating? It helps to clear your mind, body and spirit of all stress and tenseness. I do it for half an hour to an hour everyday, and I feel refreshed ^^ you even get to sleep less, usually about 5-8 hours a night. It's easy stuff, if you want to know more
