I always talk to myself whenever I’m alone, it’s a habit I’ve had since I was little. Like you said, Crystal, it’s just like thinking out loud! I get extremly emberrased if someone hears me talking to myself, though.

I see nothing wrong with it at all, it always annoys me when someone (in a movie, f.ex) says "talking to yourself is the first sign of madness." If that’s true, I guess we’re all stark raving mad!

I do talk to myself. When I'm walking myself through something, like making hot chocolate or something, I talk like the Swedish Chef. Seriously. Otherwise, I just talk to myself as if I were talking to someone else.
