Your problem sounds familiar to mine. I've had some interesting discussions with doctors... Last week I got to know that I have hypothyroidism which would explain the loss of energy. But of course it can't explain everything.

You were really brave when you decided to talk to doctor. It wasn't easy for me.

I can understand... things with the body are way easier accepted in society than things with the brain. I was afraid that the doctor would send me to a shrink and give me some mental diagnosis.... thank god that wasn't necessary..
I hope you get fine too! It sure is a big step for help, but in the end they will help you and you will get some steps in the right direction

well, I'm glad you're getting therapy and talking with friends. the only true way to get over depression is like this, talking about it and dealing with it. no offense to anyone on here, but pills for depression never truly work unless the only reason for the depression is a chemical inbalance in the brain.

Yeah, sometimes it's easier to just try to forget... But bad things that happened in the past influence us and it can be hard if you don't remember what actually happened.
