If brand, Pepsi, for the same reason SG stated, cause mountain dew is da bomb.

If Soda, Coke, cause the taste is a little less overwhelmingly sweet. lol

The reason I did not put that as an option is that IRL so many people say that, but then given the chance would happily drink all the soda on the planet =P fair enough though, and also because this is just a for fun thread, I thought this area of the board could do with one. =)

This just reminds me of when I was young and my siblings and I did a talent show, and one of my acts was the debate over Coke and Pepsi. I was saying "Down with Pepsi. Coke is best." Great memories.

With the previous clarification that we're merely debating the individual sodas themselves, my vote goes to Pepsi.

It's a tough choice because I don't drink either terribly often, if given the option. I prefer the citrus-based sodas.
