Hey, I kinda need some help/adivise.

See, there is this book I would LOVE to read. But guess what?! It's in German. And I don't know the language. I knew some people on here knew, maybe, if anyone, even if you don't know it, could help me, or show me a website I could learn it from? I don't need to know how to speak it, just read it. (Which I heard was harder... )

uh oh =0 Learning a language well enough to read a whole book isn't a small task. Unless it's a little kiddy picture book? lol. I think your best bet is to keep looking for an english translation to be honest :\ I've been studying german for two months but I'm still nowhere near the read-a-book level.

Mike: O.o....lovely...See, its not, its a real big kinda book, like, 200+ pages I am gonna guess. I've looked for an English translation, there is not one. I might have to read the book in front of a computer so I can translate it word for word. Haha. XD

1. There is no possible way your going to go through a 200 page book, and translate it word for word... There's approx 400 words per page, depending on text size... you'd die doing that.

2. What is the title of the book?

3. There isn't really an online site that will teach you german specifically, but you can order language learning books/audio CDs online.

Oooo, I know a teeny bit of german, but I'm not sure if that'll help. There are online german translaters, maybe they'll help? I dunno, I fail at languages >.< maybe if you had a friend or relative who knew really really good german, they could read it to ya! I wish I could be of more help
