Two rules:
- You've got to rate the siggy (signature) and avvie (avatar/tag, whatever you call it) of the person above you.
- You've got to say one thing you like, and, if it applies, one thing you don't.
Apart from that, you're free to go, random little chats are allowed, so long as it doesn't interfere with rating.
