And as for dream, our English word "Insomnia" is actually Latin in itself it means "Unable to sleep / dream."
Somnia (dream) Somniavi would be the future indicative for dreaming.

Sed Somniavi is the proper translation for keep dreaming =)

Although personally.
Semper somniare continues. "May you always keep on dreaming." is the better term if it is a tattoo, it sounds much more polite which is what the language was all about^^
