This guy isn't your boyfriend, he probably doesn't even know you have a crush on him. You can't force him to hug or not hug whoever you want. In fact, you can't force him to do anything since it's choice who he wants to go out with. Even if it is a "love hug" forget about it. Cut the drama and get on with your life, there are tons more cute boys out there.
