I want to make a TLK forum in Dutch. Needing advice....

There is no real Dutch TLK forum yet :o I'd like to make one. Is there any place I can have it hosted for free? Please let me know! :D More ideas and tips are really appreciated! :)

There are several forum hosts you can use.
For example:
