TLK's Hidden Messages

TLK's Hidden Messages

Postby WildSimba » January 26th, 2009, 6:46 am

In the original movie, there's 1 scene with some hidden text displaying SFX/SEX... when simba lies down, and the flowers and leafs and stuff, go into the air. This is only in the original home video, due to controversy.

Then in TLK II, there's a part where a Passion Fruit falls towards Kiara's... place... I'll give you a screen shot of the after affect...

Feel free too post about this. :)

Oh! No wonder I could never find it >.< LOL (no, I didn't spend 30 minutes going back and forth between the scene >.<)

Disney always likes to throw stuff like this in. It goes right over kids heads of course but adults catch it (mostly because they're LOOKING for it). I don't know why they do this. It doesn't really upset me too much I just kinda wish they'd take their movies more seriously.

Well, most adults think that these little hidden inappropriate messages with made their kid a pervert, or a lunatic, which is not always true.

I think that would be TV, not The Lion King.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to block you. LOL.

The lion king is actually a very crude movie, if you pay attention closely, but most kids don't care.

I read somewhere that Disney actually meant to include the letters "SFX", but I don't remember why... I'll do some investigation later.
I never knew of those messages until I saw those e-mails and YouTube videos about them, and now, every time I watch the movie, I can't ignore them :(

it stands for Special Effects which is what they used to create the dust. man I hate the DaVinci Code book for daring to claim everything in their book was completely accurate when they said those letter WERE s-e-x. if you count that 'leg' on the F then you have to count the ones coming off the s and x, which completely demolishes any word and creates squiggles with an e.
