If they made a sequel now, it would just kill the lion king's name. That and I doubt they would ever do anything TLK related anymore, besides releasing it on Blu-Ray.

Yeah, I would love to see another movie come out to see where they would go with TLK, but they might just ruin it. Disney's new animating things just would not fit TLK. If they make a new one, they better make it good, but I think that TLKSP's reviews kinda discouraged them from making another.

I say yes to a prequel if they can match TLK's awesome animation. If they want to use computer animation then I'll probably never want to see another Disney movie.

if they do a prequel, showing the cubhood of Sarabi, Mufasa, Taka, and Sarafina... then yeah... but as far as just continuing from were TLKSP left off... no.. That's not gonna happen

Animation throuh the computer is crap. The original TLK was hand drawn.
