Possible bootlegs?

I can't post pictures because I don't want to touch them anymore.

The Simba's Pride disk has no booklets, ads or anything and it looks like they tried to make the dvd shiny, but it's dark and dulled. They also just used pictures from the Simba's Pride story books on the back. I compared it to my Legit Simba's Pride Blu Ray and it most defiantly is bootleged.

Should I report this on Ebay?

You could if you want to. I don't think that Ebay has any authority on this matter, but you can try.

Well apparently Ebay does have polices against bootlegs.

I compared it to some of my other legit Disney movies and it seems really fake compared to it. The case also has a weird smell. On the cover the "Y" in Disney DVD is cut off.
