Scar for everything he did, although he is a fantastic villian

Zira because she is a hypocite, she is really angry at Kovo for 'killing his brother' yet she is 100% supportive of Scar who actually did kill his own brother.

Zira for being very clichéd. Like MrsTimon mentioned, you can use Zira's own arguments against her. When you run on fake logic, you run on nothing. Bad character design all around.

Ed has no dialogue, has a stupid and annoying laugh, makes no difference in the movie, and is a complete waste of character. I hate Ed because he should not have existed in the Lion King.

Ed and Kovu
Kovu mostly because for his entire life his purpose was to kill Simba. The one thing he was taught and trained to do. He was a bad guy. People - I mean lions - can't change what they were taught their entire lives as quickly as Kovu did, it's not normal. That's the only thing that put me off Kovu - The fact that he changed so quickly.
Then again, maybe he didn't. Maybe it was all a ruse, and in the end, all he was waiting for was the right chance to strike. That would be decent, but I don't believe that to be the case.
I disliked Ed for all the reasons Simba66 listed above.
I wasn't too keen on Timon either...

Same. My opinions about Nuka changed. I find him entertaining and annoying at the same time. I used to dislike him (sometimes) for his annoyance but now, he doesn't really bother me anymore like he used to.

The thing I like about Nuka is he is a necessary element in the story. Like in my signature, if he didn't neglect his responsibility to watch over Kovu, none of this would have happened. And his death brings the story to a righteous closing as the war ends with few... or maybe even no casualties. And to top it off, he is a better comic relief in the sequel than Timon and Pumba are.

I still hate Ed and I'm not too fond of Sarafina now... What signifigant role did she really play? I know a lot of people like her, but I do not. With her one line, Sarafina left a miniscule impact on the story.
