I thought they were copied at first as well, but there are a few minor differences between them in the two panels.

Found also another comic named "the X-Piles" in the wonderful world of world wide web (lot of words beginning with a "w") and no need to translate. Also Pumbaa breaks the fourth wall in this comic.
