I would be inclined to vote for "My Lullaby". It is my favorite song of both movies, but it also shows a lot of character development. Zira truly does live up to her name, and in spades. Sadistic, blood thirsty, and certainly anything but remorseful when dealing with the Pridelanders.

I admit I was a bit creeped out by the lyrics of My Lullaby... Zira describes in full detail how she will exact her revenge on Simba and happily watch him die while she strangles his daughter.... then calls a "symphony of death" her lullaby. She even admits that though the battle may be bloody, she'll enjoy it all the more. Now that makes me shudder. o.O
Be Prepared was never that scary for me. It just sounds like Scar is trying to rally support from his hyenas by telling them how he will reward them if they succeed. Nothing too creepy.
Upendi is scary in a what-is-this-I-don't-even kind of way. Hard to explain XD
