The Pirates of The Caribbean series are the best 'recent' Disney movies.

They are making a fourth tho, not too sure how I feel about that :headache:

Though they arent like the good ol classic Disney movies.

I think the fourth movie will be cool. Technically they have unlimited reign over the world of myths like the Flying Dutchman/Fountain of Youth. I think it will be interesting to see where they go with the series. The sequels to Pirates are some of the best Disney sequels out there, they did a great job in my opinion. The only thing I would complain about would be...they kinda exploded the plot to a global level. The first one was only about getting a ship back from a first mate that committed mutiny, the second is about getting the heart of Davy Jones and the third is like....reaching into his locker, challenging the Flying Dutchman and replacing Davy Jones with Will Turner. I still think they did a good job though.

Yeah, the sequels definitely kick some serious butt as far as sequels go. Music is awesome too.

Oh yea they did a good job with the Pirate sequels (like the CGI and all were awesome) Plus I do think they are the best sequels Disney have done, Im just worried incase they ruin it....I mean this has to be the last one.
Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly are not coming back...which for me is a good thing cause if there was anything that brings the movies down, its their acting =/ ....and I dont like their characters all that much either.

Though I do agree it will be interesting to see what they'll do with it.

And I just love Jack so I'll be excited to see him again :)

I didn't know Will and Elizabeth weren't coming back! I guess the end of Pirates 3 kinda hinted at it. Too bad. I think Orlando Bloom is a pretty good actor, he did a good job with Will's role. I love how they ended Pirates 3 the same way that Pirates 1 started. (Jack's on a sinking boat! Lol!).

Anyway, really looking forward to it. :)

CGI Sucks. Big time. It's nothing compared to some of the great movies of the past. Like star wars, the lion king, gremlins, all that stuff, don't even compare to todays movies. Their in their own league. BUT, There is 1 movie comming out soon, with traditional movie making, with puppets, instead of CGI, A film adaption of "Where the wild things are", look for it.
