Zira's a force of nature! Totally powerful and unpredictable, She'll just do whatever she wants without caring about who gets torn apart on the way, wheras Scar's got a refined, elegant plan set out that is so evil and flawless that it's almost beautiful, and I think that's reflected in the tune of the song. Lullabye is very erratic and dissonant compared to Be Prepared. Two of the best songs ever!

DEFINITELY "My Lullaby". I listened to it once before I went to bed and I had a nightmare that I was Kovu and I was being chased by zira and the other outlanders. I would say My Lullaby is scarier simply because of how frightfully determined Zira is. She would sing about "Simba's daughter squealing in my grasp" as a lullaby to her son...she's kind of creepy. So yeah My Lullaby is definitely more scary.
