Sometimes they tell me that kind of weird for be a Lion king fan, but I don't care, I'm the fan, not them

The only person outside of the Internet who knows of my being a fan of TLK is one of my friends and my dad. :roll:

most of my family, all of my friends, and pretty much the entire school knows I'm a TLK fan. I really don't give a crap what opinions people have of me cause what matters is my own opinion of me. besides, I'm still cool so I guess it really doesn't matter

Only my parents, my brother, and my two best friends know about my TLK obsession. I'm too embarrassed to admit it to anyone else because they might think I'm weird. So it's sort of having two identities, one for this site, and one for real life. It's cool, but sometimes it feels like it's too tough to handle... :oops:

only my relatives and a few people from work know about it. but my deeper passion with the film I keep to myself 8-)

lol, why is everyone so ashamed of it? I mean, there's a huge fanbase for Star Wars, Harry Potter and LotR too! TLK is a great animated movie with well-worked out characters, amazing settings and beautiful music! TLK is pure inspiration!

Last night I couldn't sleep, and I opened one of the boxes that I have in my bedroom that are here since I moved to this little house. The box was full of stuff from my primary school. Suddenly I saw a sketcher book with "1994" on it. Yeah, guess what: almost every drawing in it was with Simba and/or Scar! I was 8 years old at that time and I was as fan as one could possibly be.
Then I found my reports (with grades in it and stuff) and almost every drawing that was made on it was of the lion king, with "Lion King" written on it. Man, I forgot about that.....I must have been a sick obsessed weirdo girly at that time! Made me laugh, though
