The Lion King in Real Life

Umm...there was actually another topic just like this a few threads down: viewtopic.php?f=47&t=27907

You could post your attachment. Just sayin'! :P

Now concerning the pictures, I've seen the first two "real-life" comparison pictures, the meerkat and warthog picture, and the third "real-life" comparison pictures with a lioness licking her cub before, though I never seen the lion chasing a baboon, the "lions in love" comparison pictures, and the "real" Pride Rock before. I saw another picture of a supposed "real-life" Pride Rock before (in the thread I mentioned above), but DGFone claims it was computer-generated. I think I've seen the Mufasa cloud picture on the "Lion King Meme" thread.

So, thanks for sharing!
Juts proves further that the team did do some research! (So why the anteater. Why?!) I had seen some of these before - cute. The lion looks like he might be chasing the baboon for lunch. :P
The "anteater" could have been an aardvark, which also have long sticky tongues and native in Africa. ;)

Another big mistake the filmmakers made when making the movie was putting leafcutter ants in the "Circle of Life" sequence when they are native to South America, Mexico, and the southern United States.

....Circle of Life just wasn't the same without the clinging throngs of obliterating siafu  :salute:
lol, I thought you were referring to this series of videos.
That is seriously adorable, I never saw those before :D

Aardvarks look a looot different to anteaters, though! No excuse in my opinion. :)

I think I heard that fact elsewhere about the leafcutter ants (then forgot again) - tut tut for them making these errors. If you'll research some parts properly... research it all! Films shouldn't get away with half-*cough* jobs. ;)
