A new petition for the next Lion King Movie

I would LOVE to see a pre-equal showing Mufasa and Scar as cubs. Personally I think if they were to do another TLK movie going backwards is better than moving forward. Simba's Pride caused enough questions and plotholes plus it ended on a very happy note. We don't need to see another story about a new cub or cubs, I would much rather see the past. Doing a new movie involving more adventures with Simba and Nala would be hard especially if you're talking about them as cubs...there's no way to get those voice actors back. They're too old to voice them now. With a pre-equal you wouldn't have to worry about a return of the original voice cast as the only familiar characters we would see would be younger versions of themselves (unless they were to go right up until the start of the original movie of course) For me, the untold "tale of two brothers" is one the most interesting things in the TLK fandom and I would love to see Disney's official take on it. At the same time though, I would worry about the quality of another movie. If they'd just ruin it then I'd rather not see it, but if they could do it at the same quality as the original TLK then yes...I'd pay to see that. No question.
