Same, though I'm sure Disney has better things to do than sue a small independant ice cream parlor. It's not a chain of restaurants or anything, and this is the only one I've seen locally. Still, they sure are taking a risk.

Oh, they've sued Day cares for having cut-outs of Mickey and Goofy before. So I wouldn't be that surprised if they ever did sue this little ice-cream shop.
