First Movie
Simba is more yellow in the fur and his mane is way lighter.
Second Movie
Simba is almost completely orange and his mane is a really dark red.

First Movie
Nala has green eyes and is darker
Second Movie
Nala has blue eyes and is waaaaay lighter.
