I think "Love Will Find A Way" is more emotional, because of the part of the story it's set to, however I think "Can You Fell The Love Tonight" is a better song, love the lyrics.

I absoluty love CYFTLT and it's my absolute favorite song in TLK1 but I picked LWFAW as the more emotional song b/c throughout TLK2, Kiara and Kovu's relationship stuggled b/c of the fued between Simba and Zira. That scene was their chance of being there for each other and just the two of them without stuggles. The Romeo-Juilet thing is was made their relationship a lot like that. In TLK2, LWFAW is my 2nd favorite song.
