Zira, Vitani, Nuka, and Kovu were the outsiders, but at the end, Kovu and I think Vitani become Pridelanders, Scar was a Pridelander, and the hyinas, nothing to do with the pride

Zira, Vitani, Nuka, Kovu, Scar, and the hyenas are my choice. I dunno...just seem like Outsiders.
