In general, every character contributes to the story. My favorites are Timon, Simba and Nala, and I love them equally.
Least favorite is Gopher since he's a very random character, though his scene with Zazu is amusing. Lol.

My favorite character in the TLK universe is definitely Adofo. I mean, he even wears his adoptive father Mufasa's skin as a hoodie. That's pretty metal.
