*Mufasa tries to save Simba*

(Mufasa proceeds to catching Simba and runs through the stampede, eventually placing Simba on safe land, Mufasa is dragged back into the stampede)

Simba: "Dad!"

*Mufasa leaps from the stampede and proceeds to climb the cliff face. Simba begins to climb higher to meet him*

Mufasa: Scar! *slides back slightly* Brother! Help me!

*The stampede ends. Simba goes into the gorge*
