The Member Dens

I agree with TheIvanMuse: I agree. The Dens were a great way of saying "Here is a great member who is friendly, contributing, and fair" and removing them just means that they're being stripped of their reward. Also, the reward of a member den made many members (including myself) want to post better and be a part of the community more, in hopes of one day earning a den. And what's removing them going to do? I know it would open up more space but (personally) I'd rather have a section dedicated to great members rather than another section for games and such.

Again, this is just my opinion. I don't know exactly what would replace the Dens, "games and such" is just my guess XD

This thread is the warning to members that it's happening, Flip. At least it didn't just happen without anyone knowing.

And yeah, I understand now. I don't often look at post counts, so I didn't really notice.

Also, can we drop this topic until Moka gets on to have a say? Really, all we're doing is repeating the same opinions, and giving him even more to read on the subject. I say lets leave the topic at this for now.

I'm expressing my opinions I don't support the idea...but I don't know why I'm still posting. It's just upsetting me XD

@WS: Could the members have voted on it? I would have liked a say in what is going to happen.

Nevermind, Flip answered the question. I was reffering to you saying something about post counts.

It is not a useless forum, it's pretty much (for me at least) the forum I post in the most. As Flip said,I also think it is disrespectful to take away someone's den that they've earned. It's not gonna change anything with the forum activity, there were more people posting before while the dens were still up,so why do you think removing the dens is gonna make members magically post more?
We have a more open and organized forum,it's called the chatroom.

This is NOT how things are dealt with. Someone needs to have a word with Moka or whoever it is that has brought this idea to mind.

Sorry, I am not used to being treated like a 2nd class citizen, and I always have grown up under the knowledge that you have to stand for things when you believe in them. If you want a change, it will not happen if your voice goes unheard...

As I said before and no one listened. Can we please forget about this topic for Moka to get back? Nothing further is going to add anything new to the conversation if Moka isn't even on to tell what's going to happen.
