Its not July, and its not 2013 either (lol)
The official release date is September 16 for the theatrical release, you will not see it anywhere in theatres before then. EXCEPT for Disney flagship theatre, El Capitan which I believe is in Hollywood, there it opens Sep 2, every other (participating) cinema worldwide will get it the 16th September. It is to drum up hype for the October Blu Ray release.

The same company, and there it says Sep16th, which is the date announced by Disney. Now, what has most likely happened is probably that the Croatian version of the site has not yet been updated yet is all.
