If we're doing this on a 'most nominations moves on' sort of basis, I feel quite compelled to nominate Sillydog, FlipMode and Azdgari. Should we be including all nominations in the final ballot, disregard since all have already been nominated by others!

So what I do not understand is why people are nominating people who are already nominated?
I mean if you look at the OP you will notice a list on nominees but not how many nominations they have, so this indicates to me at least that every nominated member will go through to the voting round, then from the top 3 people with most votes, the current staff will decide on the new staff member.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, whoever may know more; either way some official clarification would be nice. Because that is the only reason why I have only used one of my nomination slots so far. Unless people are just confirming that they would also nominate that person?

I was actually thinking the same thing. Btw it's unlikely ties will be a problem since we're taking the top three. There would have to be 4 nominees tied up in votes for it to a problem.

It doesn't matter how many nominations someone gets. They only need one to be considered in the voting topic. Also, you can nominate as many members as you like, as long as you would support them with your vote. Sorry for not being very clear.
