As far as I knew, ANYONE could get a member den too, just like an FAA page, and Wiki Page, just that they'd actually have to put a little work into it? So how is this suddenly different from those things?

Please point out to me where it was stated in the rules of the forum, that Ask Me topics and the like, could only be posted in a Member Den?

Please explain how this change will be fair for everyone, in the long run, as you stated, since the way I see it, it's fair for everyone who didn't get their den taken away, and fair for those who didn't want a den in the first place, but for those who did get their rightfully earned den, how is it fair for them in the long run?

If you really did know what was best for the forum, don't you think there would never be a single objection to anything or any changes you made on the forum Moka? I thought you knew this as well as anyone, but it might be your forum, but it's the members of the actual forum, that make it what it is.

If you think I'm being rude about the whole matter, than so be it. It's still not as rude as giving someone something for making YOUR forum what it is today, and then just taking it away from them without even a second thought. I respect every single choice you make in regards to your forum Moka, but that doesn't mean I'll agree with them all, and when I feel you're choice is poorly justified and does wrong to the community that makes this place what it is, I'll say something about it.

Yeah so it is okay that the people feel offended in the short term, because it's fair on the people who might be upset that they can't get their own way.
I'm not even going to bother with the majority of your answers to this argument, they are filled with ignorance. I expected no less though. But I will give a few examples.

I don't mean to tell you what to do with your forum, but the fact there is quite a mixed reaction to this, and look at the other posts that are against it, most of them, like KM, Arani and Ivory do not have a den. And based on that, I would rethink that statement.

The fact that even members who don't have dens, find this change to be unfair or unreasonable, and those are the type of members who this change is supposed to be benifiting.

I don't view it fair and unreasonable I don't have a den and others do... it shouldn't be a 'given' thing, per se, but you should have to work for it. Most people earned theirs after about a year.

I've explained it enough lol. I also tend to stop when the name calling starts. I'm just gonna let time show that it was the right call. And if it wasn't, then we'll consider adding the dens back.
