It seems unduly pessimistic to indicate that there are a large quantity of people who deserve bad karma. Yes, people do have the right to say that, and even if you dissagree what are you gonna do about it? The point is that no one here can just go and spam on the bad Karma and lay waste to someone's rep. The system is carefully layed out to limit the possiblities of trolling, if there was any, and is well prepared for it. I like it personally and find that though some people may deserve the occasional warning, no one here is really bad.

haha wow...didn't expect my post to get so much attention. can you guys respect my right to free speech? saying that people deserve negative karma isn't against the rules, and neither is giving people -karma if you have a legit reason to.

Actually we can, just rinse and repeat 24 hours later. It's not against the rules to give negative Karma, nor is it against the rules to do it whenever you get the chance. So I don't see what your point is.
