The trouble with galagos.

The trouble with galagos.

Postby Elton John » July 31st, 2016, 4:12 pm

Based on the preview we have two new leopard characters. Neither seem to be evil, just that one of them is definitely not a friendly character.

At first glance this directly contradicts the imaginary okapi. Why are there two new leopards in the pridelands when they aren't native to the area?

My theory is that they followed makucha, but were allowed to live in the pridelands because they respect king simba and the circle of life and while one is a little mean he isn't evil.

Don't know....

Maybe kion is teaching him how? Or at least something that slightly resembles a roar but isn't really a roar?

Leopards can roar, because they are big cats (Panthera genus). It isn't as mighty roar as lion's, but it is real.

BigCatRescue's YouTube has some pretty good vids which have samples of the large cats' meows/roars.

Anyhow as for the leopards, I'm thinking there is a chance that they could me Makucha's family. But that's up to Disney/TLG to tell us at some point if they ever do. :)

Oh. I even like Makucha's design, but they are... ugly. Really.
Why the "good" one have extended claws? I thought this is the symbol of anger or evil nature, just like Zira's of Scar's claws. Leopards can hide their claws, only cheetahs can't.
