Hmm, it only looked like lions to me, it seemed they all had manes. I was really excited when it said family tree, but it was really more of a retelling of the first movie. I was hoping for mentions of Mufasa and Scar's parents, but they didn't even include Sarabi.

oh wow, so much new stuff!! love it all....i'm so excited. i especially love the clip w/ kion interrupting kiara's lesson - the animation looks great there and luv the cute sibling rivarly.

I'm curious about Scar's guard. I find it interesting that one of the lions has noticeable green eyes while the other 3 are drawn like generic cave paintings. Is that a hint about Kovu's father? xD
